What teams ask us first.
Why credits instead of paying per person?
Because people are not what this costs to run. Reading a scanned contract costs the same whether four people or forty can see it. Per-seat pricing would make every new colleague a decision, which is a poor trade for a small firm with a large archive. Credits put the price on the work rather than the headcount.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Metered work stops and tells you which limit you reached and on which plan, rather than failing quietly. Your files, folders and sharing are unaffected — nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. You can wait for the next period or move up a plan.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
Only if you want to use your own. You can connect a compatible MCP client such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor and keep your existing subscription, or configure an AI provider in Settings and ask your questions here instead. Both are on every plan.
Is there a free plan I can actually use?
Yes. Free carries 2.00 GB, 500 files and 3 members, with the same permission model and the same activity record as the paid plans. It is a smaller workspace, not a demo with the controls removed.
Can we pay in rupiah, with a faktur pajak?
That is the intention for teams in Indonesia. Billing details are being finalised alongside the plan prices — talk to us and we will confirm what we can offer your firm.
What if our limits do not fit any plan?
Individual limits can be adjusted per workspace without moving you to a different plan. If your shape of work sits between two tiers, tell us what it looks like.
